- Shipping Time: 5 - 7 working days (Monday - Friday)
- Free delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom.
Shipping Procedure
After you place your order, you'll get a confirmation email from us. You need to get your orders in by 14:00 GMT if you want them processed the same day. Once you place your order, we need 1 - 2 working days (Monday - Friday) to process it. Then it will be shipped to you and together with it you will receive another email, containing tracking information. You can expect your package to arrive within 5 - 7 working days (Monday - Friday). And the good news - delivery is free anywhere in the United Kingdom.
Delays
If your order is running late, give it an extra 3 business days (Monday - Friday) before you start to worry. After that, just email us at info@livitofashion.com and we'll look into it. Sorry for the inconvenience, but delays can occur due to many unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellations
Need to cancel? Email us at info@livitofashion.com as soon as possible. Once your order is processed, we won't be able to cancel it anymore.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If something arrives damaged or we send the wrong stuff, take some pictures and email us info@livitofashion.com. We'll sort it out and send you the right item. We apologise for this, but sometimes it can happen.
