• Return window: You’ve got 30 days from when your order was delivered.
• Restocking fee: We don’t charge one.
• Refund time: Typically processed within 7 days once we get your item back.

Return Process
If you're unhappy with your order, you’ve got 30 days from when it arrived to send it back without explaining the reason. We won't accept returns past those 30 days. Just make sure the item is unused, unworn, and still has all the original tags and packaging.

To get started, send us an email at info@livitofashion.com. Once we give you the go-ahead, we’ll send return instructions. Pack it up safely so it doesn’t get damaged on the way back. And just a reminder, the return shipping costs are on you.

Cancellations
Need to cancel? Email us at info@livitofashion.com as soon as possible. Once your order is processed, we won't be able to cancel it anymore.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If something arrives damaged or we send the wrong stuff, take some pictures and email us info@livitofashion.com. We'll sort it out and send you the right item. We apologize for this, but sometimes it can happen.
