How long does the shipping take?
Once you place your order, we need 1 - 2 working days (Monday - Friday) to process it. Then it will be shipped and you can expect your package to arrive within 5 - 7 working days (Monday - Friday). See more in our Shipping Policy.

I am not satisfied with my package. What should I do?
If you're unhappy with your order, you’ve got 30 days from when it arrived to send it back without explaining the reason. We won't accept returns past those 30 days. Read more details in our Return and Refund Policy.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we’re excited to offer free shipping on all orders withing the United Kingdom. 

I want to cancel my order. What should I do?
Just email us at info@livitofashion.com as soon as possible. Once your order is processed, we won't be able to cancel it anymore.

Can I exchange an item?
Sure, no problem! Just reach out to us at info@livitofashion.com with the details of what you’d like to exchange, and we’ll guide you through the process. Just make sure that the item you want to exchange is unused and you do it within 30 days of receiving your order.
